Effect of desulfurization rate of FGD by analyzing the characteristics of each control system combined with industrial control systems of wet flue gas desulfurization process was related to the design, the various subsystems and process design were described, analyzed several important factor.Then the whole hardware structure FGD control system are analyzed, it describes how to configure the control system hardware selection and data points. According to the requirements of each control subsystem, using PKS system for each subsystem desulfurization control system was configured, we completed FGD control various subsystems specific control and design. Experimental results show that the fuzzy self-tuning PID controller with respect to the conventional fuzzy PID controller system has a smaller overshoot, faster response and better robust stability.
