At present our country power or in thermal power plant is given priority to, and of thermal power generation fuel is a coal primarily, therefore coal from the burning of SO2become China’s air pollutants, the major source of flue gas desulfurization governance has caused all walks of life, more attention in the electric power industry SO2cut task, more should play a pivotal role. Now the desulfurization system technology along with the development of the cause of environmental protection, and sulfur removal technology is also more and more advanced, toward the direction of the development of mass commercialization.And wet sulfur removal technology currently relies on its unique advantage become after burning desulfurization large-scale commercial of desulfurization technology.Wet desulfurization process is to belong to coal burns desulfurization technology, while the vast majority of wet flue gas desulfurization system used more alkaline grout as an absorbent, including limestone-gypsum wet desulphurization technology in the desulfurization process in proportion of the biggest,85%more, and SO2in a flue gas and limestone grout reaction, CaSO4reaction products in the precipitation in absorbing liquid down, after the separation can be abandoned in the form of gypsum can recycle. According to the actual operation of the power plant to write data to show that wet lime-gypsum method as reliable and sulfur removal technology, the system’s reliability have been able to achieve99%above, the flue gas desulfurization efficiency may reach above95%.Based on a300MW coal-fired units wet desulphurization system as the research object, the device adopts wet limestone flue gas desulfurization gypsum device. In understanding the desulfurization principle, system structure and operation characteristic, and on the basis of desulfurized device to control put forward the distributed control system (DCS) hardware design and software built from typical production process control logic, based on the Beijing EDPF-NT+platform, realize the flue gas desulfurization of distributed control system. Wet desulphurization and expounds the basic working principle and its advantages and disadvantages.
