Oil, natural gas is the necessary energy for the development of the industrial economy, pipeline transportation as the main form of oil transport, bear about 85% of Chinese oil transport tasks. Oil pipeline system is artery of the long-distance transport, its ability to function properly, the entire pipeline is directly related to long-term stable operation. Due to natural or man-made causes, a lot of accidents happen during the pipeline transporting. Therefore, regular testing and maintenance is necessary, the Sandwich valve is main equipment of non-stop long-distance pipeline transportation maintenance technology with pressure opening and blocking techniques, the main equipment is installed in the tee and sealing machine tapping machine or equipment between loading and unloading opening and closing special effects pipeline valve, its performance directly affects the pressure tapping and plugging technology implementation.Today, Technical problems in engineering analysis, using ANSYS software is increasingly common. APDL language of which is because of its design, high efficiency, easy to modify the characteristics favored by the majority of designers. In this article, ANSYS software and APDL language will be used, and the purpose is to analyze the Sandwich valve, which greatly improves the reliability of the design, shortening the design cycle, reducing the amount of testing, thereby increasing the competitive products on the market force.Object of this paper is PN10 DN900 Sandwich valve. By APDL parametric modeling, analysis of various topologies similar body structure to become more efficient, which has some versatility; Using ANSYS software, conduct the structural finite element analysis for Sandwich valve with contact relationship, obtained stress and strain contours in the working state and gives the body strength assessment; Based on the strength assessment of the body, this article proposes three kinds of improvement programs, and to verify the feasibility of the program, the project actually has some reference value. Throughout the analysis process, using APDL language of ANSYS program compiled various issues, facilitate Sandwich valve similar problem analysis and processing. APDL language programming can easily be modified to improve the design efficiently.This article based on finite element method and the theory of elasticity, using ANSYS software for parametric modeling, and through structural finite element analysis with the contact relationship, implementation Sandwich valves’ strength assessment. Through this research computing, has accumulated a certain amount of basic data. In future product design and performance analysis of the structure, it has a certain reference value. Meanwhile, it also laid the further design and manufacture of high-quality Sandwich valve technology foundation, which has an demonstration of significance, for pipe sealing enterprise development capabilities.
