My trial as following: firs, analyzing the main components of bean dregsto make sure the content of protein, fat and soybean fibre in bean dregs. These can makereference to the effect of the decompose of enzyme. Second, by analyzing the influence of theenzyme'dosage, reactionary time, temperature, PH and so on. We can make deeplyunderstand of the reactionary dynamics of enzyme, then make sure the best reaction condition,and set down reasonable techincs to distill high-purity soybean fibre from bean dregs, thenanalyze its structure and character to make theca.
