On the other hand, we are disappointed that our country, as a large agricultureone, can't take the best use of many of our agriculture crops.In thes subject, I have analyzed the developing conditions of esculen packing inland andoverseas, according to ourselves level, adopting cheap bean dregs as material, usingbiological zymolysis technology, biological protease and lipase as catalyzer andthrough the catalysis of enzyme tO make soybean fibre of bean dregs and then form newesculent packing. My trial as following: firs, analyzing the main components of bean dregsto make sure the content of protein, fat and soybean fibre in bean dregs. These can makereference to the effect of the decompose of enzyme. Second, by analyzing the influence of theenzyme'dosage, reactionary time, temperature, PH and so on. We can make deeplyunderstand of the reactionary dynamics of enzyme, then make sure the best reaction condition,and set down reasonable techincs to distill high-purity soybean fibre from bean dregs, thenanalyze its structure and character to make theca. |
