| After the deep research on V桾i棗magnetic棗iron ore,the research project of Panzhihua V桾i梞agnetic梚ron ore untra梖ine梒rushing test, aimed at production practice of the concentratcion plant of Mining company,Panggang Group,applying the theory of æˆore crushing,less griding?and æˆaterial layer crushing?,will give full scope to crushing and griding operation,meanwhile,balance the relationship of these two,finally,get more griding benefit and effect with less crushing operation consumption.Ultra梖ine梒rushing is the most direct and effective method of reducing the size of final products of crushing.The working principle of the self梒ycle ultra梖ine梒rusher used in this research is: the ore is crushed under the corporate work of pressure and shear force.In this research,it was carred out that the tests of untra梖ine棗crushing with self梒ycle untra梖ine梒rushing and vertical shock crusher respectively;confirmed the appropiate of untra梖ine梒rushing for Panzhihua V桾i梞agnetic梚ron ore; optimized the parameters; determined the pressure required by untra梖ine梒rushing in pilot test, estimated the crushing power consumed by unit ore, hereby, calculated the pressure if industrial untra梖ine梒rushing, equipment power consumption of unit ore.
