How to decrease the sulfur and olefins in FCC gasoline is very imperative problem for many petroleum Refining factories. In this paper, different HZSM-5 zeolite are investigated to learn their performances of decreasing sulfur and olefins.Firstly, we study the performance of nano crystallite HZSM-5 zeolite at different reaction temperatures and different WHSV. Then, based on the selected temperature and WHSV, we utilized Mo/ZSM-5 to remove thiophene in FCC gasoline. The sulfur in products is decreased to 1340ppm, a ratio of 70%. After this, we develop Mo-Co/ZSM-5 catalysts, and the ratio of desulfurization is 84%. Then, we investigated the catalysts in FCC pre-gasoline, finding the ratio of desulfurization is 93%.Secondly, we study the physiochemical properties of nano crystallite HZSM-5 and micro sized small crystallite HZSM-5, and their ability of decreasing olefins in FCC gasoline, we find that the results of nano crystallite HZSM-5 are more effective than that of micro sized small crystallite HZSM-5 and micro sized large crystallite HZSM-5. Meantime, we investigated HZSM-5 supported by different supports, finding that the support of HZSM-5 must be acid. Then, we study the ability of decreasing olefins at different reaction temperatures, different system pressure and different ratio of hydrogen to feed volume. The results are that the lower WHSV, the higher ratio of hydrogen to feed volume, the higher temperature and the higher system pressure are favorable for decreasing olefins. However, very high temperature can result cracking of feed.Finally, we develop La203 /ZSM-5 and NiO/ZSM-5, and study their ability of decreasing olefins. The results are more satisfied than HZSM-5 zeolites, especially 3% La2O3/ZSM-5 which has very favorite equality, but the lifespan is still a problem, we study the desulfurization of Mo-Co/ZSM-5 in FCC pre-gasoline, finding that the catalyst decreases a part of olefins, in addition to the satisfied desulfurization and equality is still very good after 56 hours. We hope that two catalysts can be united to prolong the span-life of reaction.
