| It is very important to guarantee support ring's welding quality for guarantee of Diaphragm Spring clutch's service life. In order to improve the welding quality of support ring, this dissertation analyzed influence of material's chemical composition to welding capability based on some performance test. The principle of suitable material's selection for support ring is brought forward. The dissertation also discussed the influence of environment temperature to welding capability. Based on the theory of welding heat transferred, the dissertation put forward means of technology parameter's optimization. The mathematics model is established from the fettle of force which acted on the support ring when Diaphragm Spring clutch worked. Following, the dissertation analyzed the stress fettle and distortion of the support ring during Diaphragm Spring clutch working. Based on these theories, an automatic checkout equipment is designed which is used to examine support ring's endurance range and the mechanical capability. The fix quality examination of support ring's endurance range is realized by completing design of the equipment's accessory and control circuit. |
