Urban Environmental Planning Study

This thesis was based on the task of The Environmental Plan of Qing He County which I had participated in. According to the various technical problems encountered in the practice and the sowe plan, this paper was refined.On the basis of the featwres of the plain areas in North China, Such as being short of water resonrces, the polhution in water and air being serious, the ecological environmental qualities being poor, We determined the Comparatively strict discharge norm of water waste, the relatively reasonable air waste discharge demand and the comparatively higher demands of the environmental quality.According to these, the thesis put forward the objective and the norm system. Then sum up the procedure, the method and the technical route of the environmental plan. Therefore, the objective, the norm system and the technical route are the main creative points of this paper.
