| There are some in the traditional closed-top blast furnace smelting technology used in Jinchang smelter, such as: heavy-pollution, high energy-consumption, unsuited to the acid-making technology with double contact, far exceeding the emission standard, et al. The problems mentioned above have already seriously threatened the existing and the development of the enterprises especially the non-ferrous industry, This paper points out the reasons of the problems through the analysis and studies of the process and the equipments adopted by the traditional closed-top blast furnace smelting technology and gives the target of the modification with consideration of the actual situation of Jinchang smelter. By analyzing and researching the development trend of the smelting technology and their technical features and economic superiority on the most advanced flash smelting process, Noranda process and top-blown submerged lance smelting process, the third one is determined as the general principle for Jinchang modification. Through the investigation and the technique exchanges with the non-ferrous enterprises both abroad and at home, also with the combination of the practical experience, author has finished the design of reform technical project. Meanwhile, the paper gives the analysis, studies,type choosing and optimization for the main technology and equipments adopted in the modification, such as: the smelting furnace and its cooling style, refractory, the service life of the lance, furnace roof and gas outlet, centrifugal blower, the equipment for the settling and separation of the matte and the slag, the equuipment used for the utilization of the waste heat, the dust-collecting equipment, the feed-praperation equipment, the acid-making equipment, the power supply system, the equipment used in the oxygen-producing station, automatic control system, the converter etc. The paper also analyses and predicts the results of the modification. The environmental results, economic benifits and the social benifits should be notable and the target can be obtained after the modification. |
