Chloroparaffins gives out HC1 when it is heated that can induce and accelerate it to do,so it loses original properties. Sometimes,it also gives out HC1 even at normal atmospheric temperature. Adding heat stabilizer to it is the best measures in order to prevent to decompose. Heat stabilizer of only one kind of ingredient have not meet the needs of people. But present composite heat stabilizer is not ideal. For the sake of researching a kind of efficient composite stabilizer,the research plan of this paper is as following:1. Based on the literature review and experimental results,mechanism of the heat decomposition for choloparaffins is complete analyzed. At the same time mechanism and limitations for plenty of heat stabilizers are understood. According to function of respective ingredient,composite heat stabilizer is composed of two kind of ingredient:main and auxiliary stabilizer.2. Based on the experiment,ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether is regarded as main stabilizer,and BCZ stabilizer,dehydroacetic acid and triethyl orthoformate are regarded as auxiliary stabilizer.. By experiment,ingredient of composite stabilizer is affirmed. Besides,the best technological condition of synthetic ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether is also affirmed.3. Mechanism of action and synergistic effect of composite stabilizer is preliminarily studied by experiment.4. Synthetic kinetic equation of ethyleneglycol dichloro-dipropanol ether is studied.
