Fugan capsule ,which consists of Penthorum Chinese Parsh possesses the fuction of hepatoprotection .lowering enzyme and antivirus.Penthorum Chinese Parsh has positive effects on chronic active hepatitis,B type hepatitis and acute viral hepatitis.Under the guidance of the theory of Traditonal Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy .with the screening of pharmacodynamic experiments.using morden pharmaceutical techniques of systematic solvent method" seperational and analytical techniques ,such as HPLC, IR, MS etc. to analyse the active extraction of Penthorum Chinese Parsh.it was indentified that there are gallic acid .querctin and several types of amina acid(AA).On the basis of analysis on the active extration .after comparing ethanol precipitating method with big pore resin seperation method ,the latter was proved to be better to get rid of impurities with gallic acid and quercetin as the reference parameter.According to the result of the pharmacodynamic experiments.the active position was screened out from the aqueous elution and the ethanol elution from the big pore resin absorbed water extraction.Also with gallic acid and quercetin as the reference parameter.the opticmum technological conditons of adsorption and elution of the resin are determined after the systematic examination on those factors which have effects on the adsorption of the big pore resin.On the basis of definite active extraction and quality controlled of the semifinished products.the preparetion technology is fixed. The overall quality evaluation on the reliability "effectiveness" controllable character and stability of Fugan capsule was performed.
