Inland River Basin Ecological Security - For Example, In Heihe

The situation of ecological security has become more and more severe in the world and especially in China. local ecological destroy has imperiled to the sustainable development of society and economy, so the research on ecological security is becoming more important.Based on the progress in ecological security researching of home and abroad , this paper analyzed the basic theory of ecological security including conception,meanmgs,atrribute. classification and appraisement and warning of ecological security, as the theoretic base, the general frame of ecological security researching was brought forward. In our study ecological security was defined that the natural ecosystem could sustain the reasonable development in the society and economy on condition of healthy structure and function in the certain period and range.Heihe River is the second inner-land river in region of northwest China. In this paper.RS. GIS means and landscape ecology methods were linked, human activity and using manner of natural resource was the basic clue. Pressure-State-Response(PSR) frame and ideology of Analytic hierarchy process(AHP) were used in establishing index system of ecological security appraisement. The status of ecological security in Heihe River basin was evaluated by AHP-General mode method, and then the warning situation, source and degree were given by the wanting model.On the base of the results from ecological security appraisement and warning, the state of ecological security, developing trend, warning situation at different hierarchy of index system were synthetically analyzed in the each parts and administrative units among every period of time and the reason was explained according to local fact. At last the study put forward the detailed countermeasures and general countermeasures to maintain ecological security of Heihe River basin and presented the particular project of ecological security system.
