Such questions as conditional experimental, optimization experiment, kinetics andthermodynamics experiment of catalytic wet oxidation under microwave radiation were studied. In the conditional experiment and the optimization of treatment conditions, we treated simulative wastewater methyl orange ,it is concluded that 1.2mL H2O2, 0.6g catalyst TiO2. hot up for 30min, 630W radiation power is the best, we treated alcohol wastewater ,it is concluded that 2.5mL H2O2, 2.0g catalyst TiO2, hot up for 20min,630W radiation power is the best, in the catalyst repetition experiment, it is found that two kinds of catalyst can be repeated more than 14 times and the two kinds of catalyst can be recycled, at the same time, the quality of effluent is good and steady. In the kinetics and thermodynamics experiment four kinds of temperature with two kinds of catalyst are studied. From the results, the reaction with active carbon is 1.0 order and the Ea is 46.7K.T/mol. And the reaction with TiO2 is also 1.0 order and the Ea is 24.8KJ/mol. These reactions can take place in normal temperature, this method is applied in actual wastewater that is treated by the Fe-C at first and then treated by the wet catalytic oxidation under the microwave radiation , the quality of the effluent is achieved national secondary standard. At.last, We use the GC-MS to monitor the effluent of the alcohol wastewater, degrade effect was farther validated.
