Oilfield Automatic Dosing System And The Network Control

This article is about the development of oil field automatic chemical feed network control system. The system applies SIMENS PLC224 module to realize oil field automatic chemical feed control system and organize network. The article mainly discusses as follows.Chapter 1 Narrates the background of oil field automatic chemical feed and the tasks of innovation, then analyzes the actuality of oil field chemical feed system, thereby puts forward the project and tasks of developing oil field automatic chemical feed network control system.Chapter 2 Mainly discusses the design of hardware of oil field automatic chemical feed network control system with PLC's interface technology. It realizes display of numeral tube, control of metering pump and control of increasing pump with PLC. Mainly discusses programming with STL language to Simens PLC 224 after accomplishing of hardware. It realizes sample of transporting pipe's flow rate measuring , response of keyboard, display of numeral tube, accurate control of measure pump and on-off controlling of increasing pump.Chapter 4 Discusses the principal and subordinate organizing network technology of PLC with RS485 ,and simply discusses network controlling system.Chapter 4 Discusses general token-passing networks, and analyes the characteristics of token-passing network with a simple example. And develops network communication methods with industry network controlling system. At last gets some conclusions, which will instruct communication protocol and topology designingChapter 5 Discusses: For better concentrating supervision, the system realizes the communication of PC to PLC in the base of network, and realizes dynamic displaying of every unit state. This chapter mainly discusses the key technology such as: serial communication with RS485 , and the communication protocol of PC to PLC. As regards the database technology of the supervise platform, will be discussed in the chapter 6 and is realized with VC++6.0.Chapter 6 Discusses: To realize database storage, analyzing, displaying, the system must effectively manage the received database. So this chapter discusses fulfilling of a database class on the base of ODBC API with VC++6.0 and realizing the operation ofAccess , Excel, Database.Chapter 7 Discusses the experiments of simple system and network system. At last we get the applied effects of oil filed.Chapter 8 Summarizes what have done in the project development, and puts forward some deficient. At last discusses the future development of network control system.This paper's characteristic is paying attention to practicability, uniting the theory and practice into integrity, Such as designing interface display circuit, configuring network, designing communication program and protocol, at last developing cheapness computer into work station and connecting into network.
