In physiohemical analyses, it's very important for standard sample to control analytical quality and improve results.Our electrolyte standard specimen(ESS) are mostly purchased from US or Japan with the molecular ratio between 2.60-3.00. With the development of aluminiun electrolytic industry and application of low molecular ratio technology, the development of ESS and fast molecular ratio analysis technology areveryurgentmatter, Traditionally diffraction, polarixing- microscope, conductrance, titration, ionic analysis etc are used to analyze the molecular ratio, but those are slow and inaccurate and cant meet the requirements of rapid development of aluminum industry analysis.X-ray fluorescence is fast and accurate for analysis of the molecular ratio and the contents of Al2O3 , CaF2 and MgF2 in electrolyte, which provide gurantee for self-adaptive technique and relative technology of aluminum electrolysis, but also it only need considers the contents of elements in electrolyte is not need considers, composition, of.substance.state., sampling method, cooling speed etc. The development of aluminum electrolyte standard sample is completed by four stages such as the collection and break-up of samples, uniform inspection, chemical determination, contrast analysis and error process .It has the leading level in the World.Refined aluminum spectrum is a costly technology, with the extension of the productive capacity of Refined aluminum, the consumption of standsrd spectrum sample is increasing. There is no standsrd sample with the impurity content less than lOppm.The determination of such impurity element can only depend on the self-extension of spectrum work-curve and it is easy to have analytical error.The development of Refined aluminum standard specimen is completed by four stages such as the preparation of standard sample and symmentrical heat treatment, uniform inspection, chemical determination, contrast analysis and error process. Development of Refined aluminum spectrum sample with 10ppm element content is very importance to guide analysis and decrease analytic cost.The Refined aluminum spectrum is sole standard sample for low impurity content less than 10ppm in China until the present time.
