Fuzzy Pid Control In The Thread Grinder Ac Servo System Research

This paper redesigns the AC servo system with the blocking hardware and software, which is a part of the online compensating system of the S-7420 ball screw-grinding, introduces AC servo system and the Fuzzy-PID controller's application in this system.Because the AC servo system is a non-linear system and its parameters are time-varying, so the Fuzzy-PID arithmetic is a effective method. It is the subsection-control method, includes the Bang-Bang control method, Fuzzy control method and PID control method. It proves the precision of the ball screw is limited in several microns.Develops the software of the AC servo system, it makes the process of the grinding of ball screw automatically.
