The "Dynamic measure of performance for high-speed ball screw" belongs to mechatronics field. it is a engineering project from Shanxi HanJiang Tools Company. With a view to the development of the ball-screw, Design a test-bed for measure. The early research on the measurement system provides a practical technical solution and a feasible method of measurement for further improving and consummating the system.This test-bed can measure many parameter of ball screw, such as position precision, acceleration, temperature, yawp, humidity. The precision of position is measured by a raster and a encoder, and others parameters are measured by a card of NI.The control system of axis is implemented by choosing the AC servo motor of Siemens and controller of servo system of Googol Technology Ltd, so that it's convenient to realize the control of servo motor.In the analysis of data, many methods of digital signal process are used to make the data more exactly, such as FFT, IIR, data-fitting.The user interface have powerful function, such as parameters setting, dynamic measuring, data processing, data analyzing, data saving, printout and so on.This system combine with mechanism, electron, optics techniques. It must be breathe new life into the field of high-speed ball-screw.
