Screw parameters' database of simulation for extrusion runs geometry parameters of screwer and supplys datas for the whole system. CAD parameters drawing for single screw extruder can protract engineering drawings automatically.First, the system can be used as CAD for designing of new single screw extruder. By using this system the developing circle can be shortened and expenses of developing can be reduce. Second, the system can be used as teaching software. It can show the whole process of extrusion and distribution of rate of flow during extrusion. Third, the system can be taken apart as CAD parameters drawing for single screw extruder. The drawing of single screw extruder can be drawn by application program in the stead of artificial drawing, this can prove efficiency of drawing and release designers from boring drawing.The system operates steadily with good communication, which lives up to what we anticipated.
