It is known that the number of accidental pollution incidents has grown all over the world. Accidental pollution incidents are some of the most important sources of environmental chemical pollution as well. And numerous compounds have been reported to be present in natural water. Essentially moderately polar or non-polar compounds are known to be potentially harmful to human or ecosystem health at very low trace levels. Accidental pollution incidents are very different from common incidents, they have no steadfast let modes and approaches, so the destroy to the environment and society is very huge. All the people of the world have paid attention to these incidents, and because our province accidentally have many incidents, so it is very important to establish the contaminants database and the emergency warning system of Jilin Province.This thesis is study the contaminats of the Songhua River,South Lake in ChangChun City and Xinlicheng Reservoir. Because Songhua River is the most important river of Jilin Province, and it is the water source of the industry and agriculture. So the quality of the Songhua River is relation to the health of people of the bank. South Lake in ChangChun City is the only water-scenery and nature out-door bathing place, and Xinlicheng Reservoir provide the water source to Changchun City directly. During the investigation of the Songhua River,we have found 65 important organic contaminants, 21 of which are belong to EPA. These contaminants are trichloroethylene, tetrachloroethylene, tetrachloroethane, hexachloroethane, dichlorobenzene, hexachlorobenzene, nitrobenzene, nitrotoluene, nitrochlorobenzene, dinitrotoluene, benzene, methylbenzene, ethylbenzene, xylene, naphthalene etc . South Lake in ChangChun City is eutrophication, and COD,BOD, T-NH4+,T-N,T-P are all exceed the standard. Xinlicheng Reservoir was polluted by organic contaminants, 7 of which are belong to EPA. These are Benzene, methylbenzene, chlorobenzene, 1,3-dichlorobenzene, chloroform, 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene, naphthalene etc. methylbenzene, chlorobenzene and naphthalene are suspicious carcinogens, and benzene,chloroform are carcinogens .Through the study about the organic contaminants of the Songhua River,South Lake in ChangChun City and Xinlicheng Reservoir, we can find out the contaminants which will result in the accidental pollution incidents in the water system of Jilin province. And we can consult the other countries and provinces's contaminants list to establish the Jilin province's contaminants list; according to the accidental incidents's character, we can give the theories and methods of the emergency warning system of Jilin Province; establish the contaminants database and the emergency warning system. At the end of the thesis, there is a example of contaminants to show the system's functions and using method. |
