| In this dissertation, the differences between Heavy Wide Loom and ordinary loom in welt insertion, warp, abb, warp beam, heddle, speed and battening are pointed out. The development situation of Heavy Wide Loom is analyzed. The organization of Heavy Wide Loom and function of let-off system are discussed. The composition of let-off system is completely studied, which includes the detect system of warp tension, the control system of electron let-off and the drive system of beam.The control of warp tension is the key to realize the function of let-off system. During the analysis of warp tension control, the concept of warp tension and drafting tension are introduced. The correlated parameters that affect warp tension are analyzed. The fluctuation, characteristic and control method of warp tension are completely studied.During the design of Heavy Wide Loom let-off system, the mathematics model about let-off mechanism is built, the regulated tactics on warp tension are adopted, which include activity back beam and signal self-adaptation treatment. Servo electrical motor as executive motor, the three-feedback loop control of AC Servo motor speed, let-off quantity and warp tension is realized. The setting value and feedback value of let-off system are compared by the industrial control computer. The result shows, during weaving, the tension steady can be realized basically. The control function of let-off system is realized. Considering the let-off system is non-steady while it starting, the fuzzy-control theory is introduced. The fuzzy-autoregulative PID tension controller is designed. At last, the fuzzy-autoregulative PID tension controller is simulated in MATLAB. |
