Piston is the key component of combustion engine, the machining precision and the quality of piston has direct influence on the performance of the combustion engine. So, the manufacture method of piston is crucial.With the increasing requirement form the piston manufacture, the analog close-loop control system, which is applied in prevalence, must be improved in processing range, control precision and system reliability to suit for the technology improvement. In the meanwhile, with the IT technology getting better, the digital method provides huge space for the development of traditional industry. So in this subject,the allover digital system analyzings computer simulation identification and computer control are the keystones. The Piston Manufacture System whose kernel is computer is explored and realized. That will eventually open up a new way for the reform of piston lathe.At first the origin and meaning of the subject with the information of relative study in and out is introduced. Then the system identification filter design as well as the controller design are narrated in details. The AR-model Identification Inner Mode control, Robust control. Preview control and U analyze theory are carried into practice in the combine of digital technology. The result is good enough to suit for the application. Further more the visualization of the performance forecasting and analyzing system is brought out, which provides a new direction for the further study.
