Cad System Development Tool Based On Ug And 3d Parametric Parts Library Research

In the course of the designing and manufacturing for product, technics aquipment take up the important station.With the rapid progress of the CIMS in the enterprises, it is required that provide sustain for enterprises in the whole period of product manufacture,many enterprises are facing an urgent problem of researching 3D CAD system for technics equipments.Cutting tools CAD system is an important part of technics equipments CAD system, this dissertation analyzed and researched the secondary development technique,the organization scheme of tools information , parametric design and method of founding part 1 ibraries, etc. The project of CAD system is built up .The related technique ,which build parameterized part libraries of cutting tools , are mainly discussed.Based on the above .cutting tools CAD system based on UG are built up .3D parameterized technique and the method of building part libraries are summed up and analyzed,a new building part libraries method is brought forward.The problems of the secondary development were deeply researched,cutting tools part libraries have been built .At the end,the dissertation brings forword the method of building part libraries based on the network according to the status of the enterprise.
