This text utilizes three-dimensional engineering design software Pro/Engineer and Adams to virtual design the double-cams high-speed shear equipment, including the structural design, 3D modeling, virtual assembly, the simulation of moving entity of moving shear parts. And apply some methods for model building about 3D designing in the design's procedure, for example, characteristic modeling, parameterization modeling, and complex modeling method integrated in parameter modeling and direct modeling method. Move to the double-cams high-speed shear equipment mould part do exercises organization emulation, simulation set out mould actual motion state of part. By simulation and analysis, prove the rationality that the double-cams high-speed shear device structure is designed.Begin with the engineer direction, have done some design for the double-cams high-speed shear equipment and its virtual simulation equipment.
