In this work, the degradation of RDX by white rot fungus was investigated. It was proved that the treatment by two white rot fungus such as A and B were very feasible to be used in RDX wastewater, the efficient white rot fungus to degrade RDX created after being culture and incubation. The best operating parameters of RDX biodegradation by white rot fungus .The optimizing conditions of RDX biodegradation by white rot fungus were as follows:inflow concentration 15mg/L of RDX,pH5,biomass was 5.6m /L,firry leaves was 20g/L.After being degradated with white rot fungus A, the removal efficiency of RDX simulated wastewater in 28 days can reach 86.7 % and actual wastewater in 20 days can reach 87%. After being degradated with white rot fungus B, the removal efficiency of RDX simulated wastewater in 18 days can reach 75% and RDX actual wastewater in 18 days can reach 81%.It was experimentally the degradational kinetics with any white rot fungus to deal with any wastewater proved that was comformed of one-order dynamic equation. Using iron-carbon micro-electrolytic method to solve the high outflow concentration of COD after biodegradation. The the removal efficiency of COD was 78% in the optimization of treatment conditions :60minutes, pH1, ratio of Fe to C was 4:1 .The RDX wastewater was dealt with the following flow as pretreatment â†' biodegradationâ†'iron-carbon micro-electrolyticâ†'outflow, the concentration of RDX was from 15 mg/L to 0.8mg/L, outflow concentration of COD was 92mg/L, pH7.5.Therefore,the outflow quality was achieved national standard of wastewater discharge.
