| The paper attaches much importance to the numerical control system of the premixed abrasive jet and discusses the overall project in the numerical control system in detail. The paper designs and studies the hardware part in the numerical control system as well as describes the control software of the numerical control system theoretically. Based on preceding the related mechanism of the premixed abrasive jet, the paper expatiates the mechanism of the premixed abrasive jet in cutting the plastic material and the plasticity material. This provides the theory support for the expansion and application of the premixed abrasive jet. At the same time, the paper combines theory with practice and links the cutting depth with the spatial distribution of power density inside the premixed abrasive jet, and then offers a cutting parametric equation about the premixed abrasive jet. With the relevant data by the experiment and Gauss's algorithm, the paper deduces a cutting parameter equation about the depth of the steel plate in the experiment. |
