Aimed at the solution of the existing problem in the monitor system of simulated spontaneous combustion of coal, the thesis adopts advanced technology of sensor, detection and microcomputer and designs a new monitor system, which can be used to collect the parameters of the experiment of simulated spontaneous combustion of coal.The automatic collection, analysis and process of each parameter is realized in the system, and during the same time, the collected data can be displayed. It has avoided the error of man-made on reading, calculating and memorizing, has lighten experiment personnel's labors intensity, and has improved efficiency and dependability of gathering data.During the design, in order to reduce the influence of interference, a method of eliminating extremer digital filter is adopted. It makes the data closer to actual value.The system has Friendly interfaces, convenient operation, and steady reliable measurement characteristics. It can be applied in the similar experiment, and has higher using value.
