In recent years, Coalbed methane is the rise of the emerging clean, high quality energy in the world. The definition of Coalbed Methane Gas Gather can be expressed as the main component is given priority to with methane, form is generally adsorption on coal matrix particle surface, stored in a hydrocarbon gas in the coal seam. The development and utilization of CBM in all aspects has many benefits. On the one hand, it is a kind of clean energy, and natural gas on mix, almost does not produce any waste gas. Coalbed methane is safe. On the other hand, we do the exploitation of coal-bed methane before coal mining, then we can greatly reduce the probability of gas explosion. Due to the coal calorific value is far higher than that of general of coalbed methane, it can be more efficiently into the heat energy, so the CBM has huge commercial value.Based on the multiple advantages of coal-bed gas, coal-bed methane become a meaningful project. Coal-bed methane gas gather station is the basis of coal-bed methane mining construction, how to more reasonable and efficient to monitor gas gather station management is particularly important. Based on this, this paper studies the coal-bed methane gas gather station PLC control system were designed. Through the research and design of redundancy technology increases the reliability of the control system of coal-bed methane gas gather station effectively. Redundant PC system and the latest redundancy PLC S7-400-H used to implement monitoring screen undisturbed switching, data cannot be lost when power of connection is seamless.This paper completed the hardware configuration, software programming, PC platform to build a full range of research work.S7-400-H hardware configuration and communication process do the hardware work well for the control system of the whole gas gather station. By studying the functions and using method of the hardware modules, I completed the assembly of more than 40 hardware configuration and communication between upper machine. And I completed the test of hardware configuration to verify that the equipment can run normally. On STEP7 platformi write the PLC program of singlechip processor to finish collecting field data and connect the parameters of the corresponding data matching with the upper machine work using the FBD function block programming way. Studying the PLC program in a conversion method of quantities function block to speed up the speed of program, modular and simplicity of implementation program. I completed the corresponding port data uploaded to PC interface, and can work through the upper machine control field data. PC gas gather station data acquisition and monitoring platform development platform based on WinCC configuration software monitoring interface design and implementation. I completed this coal-bed methane gas gather station monitoring platform HMI variables in the management, the interface editor, alarm, generate reports, and user management and so on. I designed a set of user-friendly, intuitive easy operation monitoring system platform. So as to facilitate real-time monitoring field device parameter condition, the realization of the convenient and quick alarm and generate reports and other functions.In this paper, the overall completed the research of coalbed methane gas gather station PLC control system design, set implements a set of hardware and software, and it can be directly applied to the scene of the process equipment, this research has certain practical application value.
