Microorganism can product H2 by some special hydrogen metabolism system in itsefe body. There are 70,000 food fermentation enter-Prises (not light industry enterprises) at China up to 1998,these enterprises discharge 27. 5 hundred million m3 waste slag water annual. This study is proceed the base technology of product H2 through anaerobic ferment organic wastewater by microorganism.Biological hydrogen was produced with anaerobic batch culture from simulated wastewater containing carbohydrate by natural nanerobic midroorganism obtained from anaerobic thickened sludge. The result were conclude from the procedure of the producing hydrogen.1. It can get more hydrogen gas and higher level of hydrogen percentage ferment simulated wastewater by heat treatment thickend active sludge than acid treatment active sludge and normal active sludge during short time. H2 and CO2 was the most part of biogas, have some CH4 at primary stage. 2 . In the effect of single element on sugar simulated wastewater ferment , get the max cumulation pro-hydrogen gas was 135ml/g ? sugar and percentage 57% under the temperature was 35 ± 1℃,initial pH was 6.0 and substrate concentration was 5.0g/L ;amylum simulated wastewater ferment get max cumulation pro-hydrogen gas was 221ml/g ? amylum and percentage 66% under the temperature was 35 ± 1℃ .initial pH was 7.0 and substrate concentration was 6.0g/L.4. Supplementary experiments confirmed that the optimum conditions evaluated in this study were highly reliable,and the CODreductions were approximately 20%60%. 5. Fe is the major element and Fe can promote enzymatic reaction during the organic matter ferment and pro-hydrogen processing. When the initial pH=6. 1, substrate concentration was 5.3g/L, Fe2+ concentration was 1500mg/L ,the max pro-hydrogen was 163ml/g, the max pro-hydrogen percentage was 60%.Throgh the study of this technology,it not only product H2 by ferment organic wastewater but also deactivation this wastewater,realize food fermention enterprise continuable develop...
