| According to the requirements of current situation of energy of our country and the papermaking enterprise's energy-conserving demand, combining the practice of the writer's company, basing on the purpose of energy management, and regarding the drying section of the paper machine as carriers, this text probed into some technical issues such as heating efficiency in papermaking enterprise's energy management. The writer sets up 'black box - grey box' mathematical model and utilizes the Thermodynamics Second Theorem to analyze the exergy efficiency on 4 main parts of the dryer section of the machine, and confirms the weekness of the energy ustilization of the machine, which is an important method for further energy conservation.This text includes 7 main parts.Chapter 1: Introduction, it mainly presents the current status of energy and energy consumption in our country, The country has proposed to bring up resources conserving to be the fundamental state policy for economic continuable development.Chapter 2: Introduce the enterprise's energy management. It mainly presents the objective and importance of the enterprise's energy management, and put forward some technical methods for energy management by introducing the ways to manage the energy.Chapter 3: Introduce Thermodynamics Second Theorem. It mainly explains the following related concepts: exergy, exergy efficiency, exergy balance etc. Chapter 4: Introduce structure of paper machine.Chapter 5: thermal balance of paper machine system, It mainly presents the results of the thermal balance and the thermal efficiency about our company's seven paper machines.
