The amount of human protein is enormous and the interactions among them are very intricacy. All physiological and pathological changes and pharmic influencing results are related to the amounts of human protein. The study of protein not only offers the basis for the studying life sciences, but also offers the theoretical basis and resolvent for the interpretation of many morbid mechanisms. Moreover, proteome are the molecular targets of design of new type of medicine. Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (cozenmy Ⅱ) is a natural coenzyme present in all animal and plant organisms. Being a vital cofactor to several enzyme reactions, it plays decisive roles in the metabolic functions of living organisms, more specifically in energy transduction and in maintaining the redox equilibrium within the cell. Dysfunction of ATP production accompanied by a loss of cozenmy Ⅱdepletion can be observed, leading to the impairment of antioxidant mechanisms, loss of function, and finally to cell death. Heparin exists in the blood excreted by hypertrophy cells of the body. It is a parenteral drug with a very rapid onset of action due to its inhibition of clotting factors near the end of the coagulation cascade. It has been widely used in many clinical procedures for more than 60 years and now it is still the first-choice to prevent thromboses and to cure urgent vein thrombus. Heparin and its derivants have a variety of biological activities such as anticoagulant, antilipemic, antithrombotic, immunoregulatory, antiphlogistic and antianaphylactic activities, etc. Therefore, it is of special value to study the interaction of medicine and biomolecule for seeking the targets of medicine, designing the new type of medicine and studying the...
