Electromagnetic Oil Recovery Devices, Ground Control System

To meet the practical demand on the oil production technology for slant wells and horizontal wells, the electromagnetic method is applied in the oil production equipment, a new control system on the ground design plan for oil production equipment has been put forward.The operation principle of the oil production equipment and electromagnetic oil production equipment was introduced in detail in the paper. Also the new oil production equipment will be designed by calculation of the electromagnetic intensity. The overall design plan for the electromagnetic oil production was elaborated, also the structure design, the electromagnetic intensity calculation and the design for the control part on the ground and oil well'network was introduced in detail and model selection for special transducers and PLC. Then, the electromagnetic oil production equipment effect in electric power system was introduced in detail.The research on design plan of the electromagnetic oil production equipment is based on the invention patent "A type of electromagnetic oil production equipment and its application in oil production", which has been in the censor stage. The oil production equipment based on the above patent can simplify the oil production technology,low down the energy cost in oil production and realize the non-mechanical oil production. As it is made of flexible material, it can be used in the oil production of straight holes, slant wells, especially suitable for the horizontal well. Another advantage of the equipment is that it causes no environment pollution during its operation. Also it can be used in drainage gas production in gas wells and in the water supply system of agriculture and pharmaceutical and city life and so on .
