Subsea production system is the most mature subsea oil and gas field development mode in the world.With the continuous development of subsea oil fields to deep sea and far sea in the future,all electric subsea production system will become the best way for world powers in marine development.In the process of subsea oil and gas development,gate valve actuator is the key equipment to ensure the safety of subsea production and transportation pipeline and X-tree.At present,trial projects of all electric subsea production system and gate valve actuator have been carried out in developed countries such as the United States and Norway;However,China is not mature in the field of marine resources development,and has not mastered the R&D technology of all electric production system and key equipment.The research on its key equipment is of great significance to the technical promotion of relevant fields in China.According to the functional requirements and design indexes of all electric subsea gate valve actuator,this paper puts forward the overall structure scheme,and studies the structure of its core function failure safety shutdown function,ROV interface valve position indication function,low power consumption holding function and pressure compensation function.A mechanism is designed to realize the failure safe shutdown of subsea gate valve by using the return spring as the driving element;The utility model relates to a mechanism driven by an electromagnet,which locks the return spring through the thread fit between the lock ring and the lock ring jacket and the cam fit between the lock tongue and the lock ring,so as to maintain low power consumption and ensure the long-term opening of the subsea gate valve;The utility model relates to a valve position indicating mechanism which combines a nut lead screw with a crank and is combined with an ROV interface;The external pressure compensator is used to provide pressure compensation for the actuator,so as to reduce the sealing difficulty and effectively reduce the volume of pressure bearing shell.Low power consumption holding function is a necessary function of subsea gate valve.Based on the overall scheme,this paper analyzes the performance and Simulation of the low power consumption holding mechanism of the gate valve actuator,establishes the load and motion mathematical model of the holding process,determines the relevant design parameters,and simulates and analyzes the key parts of the mechanism.Finally,the optimal design parameters of the low-power holding mechanism which can lock the return spring and successfully unlock the return spring when it fails at the same time are obtained.According to the dual redundant control function requirements of the actuator of all electric subsea gate valve,the control system and drive system of the actuator are studied and designed.The electronic module in the subsea control module and the drive system are used to realize the opening and closing control and drive of the gate valve actuator.In terms of hardware,two identical sets of subsea electronic module hardware systems are built by stacking other function expansion modules and internal and external monitoring sensors with PC 104 board as the core,so as to realize the redundancy of gate valve actuator control in hardware;Based on the hardware system,a set of VxWorks operating system is equipped,and the software system is designed.Finally,an all electric subsea gate valve actuator engineering test prototype is developed,and a set of actuator test system is built according to the relevant functional test requirements;The core functions of the actuator and the control system are tested respectively to verify the rationality and correctness of the overall structure scheme and the electronic control system scheme.
