As parts of the modern corporation management, equipment reliabilty and safety management have been in popular concern. The leaders of Shao Guan smeltery, a traditional state owned enterprise, pay even more intention to modern corporation management. So, that how to administer the pivotal equipments reliably has been put on schedule.In systems analysis of Taishen coal gas washing machine, we summarize the progress of systems credible analysis, then demonstrate various fault and invalidation modes based on the machine, in the meantime, research the kinds of possible invalidation modes of this machine group during practical working situation.According to the machine's running feature, we build primary reliabilty mode and fault-tree mode. In primary reliabilty mode, we come up with system reliabilty parameters (system reliabilty, system invalidation rate and the first average fault time of the system) and range of it. In fault-tree mode, based on qualifying and quantifying analysis of fault tree, we combine theory of fault tree with theory of primary reliabilty, so we finally get the calculated mode of this machine's reliabilty.In allusion to system fault's character of random and uncertainty, by introducing fuzzy mathematics to fault rate's calculation of the machine group's event, we can describe fault's character of random and uncertainty better, get the calculation method of reliabilty when event's fault rate equals fuzzy number, and prove this method.Based on practical situation, we discuss the application of fault-tree theory in equipment safety and reliabilty management, explore a new road for modern enterprise production and management in our state owned enterprise, which has important practical meaning.
