The absent of several medical tablets or capsules happens occasionally in the bottling assembly line of medical enterprises. The wrong quantity of medical tablets or capsules is illegal and harmful to the medical enterprises. With the ever-intensifying implementation of GMP standard, it's extremely necessary to eradicate this kind of mistake. In this thesis, we designed optical detecting systems to detect the absent of medicines during the production process.In this dissertation, the research background of medical bottling assembly line and the principle of laser reflection adopted are briefly reviewed. Kinds of detection method are also discussed, and then gives two practical detecting system: reflection detection and defocus detectionThe defocus detecting idea is simplified from confocal microscopy.and mainly based on lens imaging principle, Defocus detection also use pinhole to obtain the excellent axial resolutionThe experimental principle and detecting method are proposed in detail. According to the theoretical analysis and the experimental data the reasonable structural parameters are determined.Finally, the practical detecting system is turn out on the basis of the experimental provision.According to the real factory environment, some changes have been made. Single Chip Micyoco is used to process signals and give real-time commands. Serious test data are collected and presented.The system can detects all kinds of the medicine filling template rolls;The real-time on-line multiple-point detection is satisfied for detecting a hole in 0.04s.There are six chapters in the dissertation.The first chapter offers the research background, the general context and the point of the thesis.The second chapter describes the medical bottling assembly line, and how the detector works.The third chapter provides basic detecting method and element for medical bottling assembly line including laser, photoelectric transition.The fourth chapter gives a detailed report of the reflection detection system such as collimating the laser beam, signals transiting and processing.The fifth chapter explains the principle of defocus detection, analyzes the the axial light intensity response curve, the structural parameters and incline effection and makes a conclusion that defocus detecting system has high axial resolution, and stability, repeatability. The defocus detecting system is preferable.The sixth chapter gives the experimental data of axial response, pinhole effection and incline effection in defocus system, also the real-time on-line detecting data of both defocus detection and reflecting detection.The final part, ends up with the summary of the whole dissertation...
