Beer filling volume detection is necessary to ensure a higher quality of beer and enhance the competitiveness of beer manufacturing enterprises after capping on the filling production line. At present, the beer filling volume detection and rejecting is mainly manually operated in china, the speed and accuracy of detection can not meet the requirements of high-speed production lines. The Germany and the United States enterprises have been dominated the market of beer volume on line detection equipment in china, so the detection equipment is very expensive. Therefore it's the very significance to develop our own intellectual property rights of beer volume detection equipment.The bottled beer filling volume on-line detection system mainly contains the following elements:1. Through researching, comparing, screening therories that may be used in beer volume detection, we demonstrated the high frequency detection model and established the equivalent circuit model based on the principle of high frequency. Furthermore, the general scheme of the bottled beer filling volume on line dectection system was proposed.2. The sensor parameters which include high-frequency signal source waveform, voltage, frequency, electrode plate size and electrode plates distance was selected by experiment; At the same time, we focus on the design of a high-frequency excitation source circuit and sensor conditioning circuit.3. Through a large number of experimental data, the beer foam and temperature on the impact of the detection system was studied. We also established error model. The sensor signals need digital filter,beer foam and temperature compensation, which can improve the precision of the detection syetem. Beer qualified judgement, alarm processing and rejecting are considered based on ATmega64 MCU.4. Human-machine interface system is designed based on the ATmega64 and LCD. The relevant parameters can be set up through keyboard and real-time data also can be displayed on the LCD, so that the detection system can operate independently. Designed the hardware based on the Ethernet control circuit ENC28J60 and transplantated uIP protocol, so that communication with host computer can be more covenient.The bottled beer filling volume on line detection system has high precision, speed, adjusttable sensitivity, resolution of 1ml of beer, detection speed of 72,000 bottles per hour, false rejecting rate less than 1%. It can completely meet the national packaging standards.
