Increasing quickly along with the economy of our country, the request of the various consumption goods grade is also more and more high. It was impossible to buy a car before. But now , cars are being owned by thousands of families. In our country, the leafing flakeof aluminum powder pigment which is used to compound car paint mostly is imported at present, so it is of great practice or immediate significance that the leafing aluminum pigment is developed by ourselves for developing our country's coating industry.The fabrication of leafing flake of aluminum pigment in the way of wet grinding was studied in this paper.This research commences from the theory foundation first, studying the physical chemistry property of the raw material (common globosity aluminum powder);Mastered the theory of operation and the movement rule of the grinding steel ball in the machine. Through mini-type experiment, we chose solvent and help-milling agent;the carrying capacity, the ratio of grinding ball to powder ,the ratio of powder to solvent, the speed of revolving machine, the grinding time etc. By themedium-sized experiment, we studied the influence of the particle diameter of aluminum powder to the flake of aluminum powder product, the ratio of grinding ball to aluminum powder, help-milling agent, thespeed of revolving machine, grinding time.Get through the research of the system if draw a conclusion:1,basic parameter: Adopt the 200L ball-milling machine, pack into 200 kgsof steel ball, aluminum powder to the solvent is 1:2, aluminum powder to the steel ball is 1:20. 2, when other technics conditions are certain, we use the globosity aluminum powder of different particle diameter a to grind the flake of aluminum powder , with the particle diameter increase of the globosity aluminum powder, the particle diameter of the flake of aluminumpowder will also become bigger immediately. 3, The ratio of grinding ball to aluminum powder is 20:1. 4,the grinding speed is 38 and 33 r.min alternate once h-our in the first 10 hours, and use the speed of 29 and24 per hour alternating revolving speed in the last 5 hours, this speed is fine to grind the flake of aluminum powder. 5, wet method ball-milling mainly adopt of help-milling agent as Bl. 6, influence of the research grinding time. At other technics conditions is certain, along with grind the increase of time, the particle diameter of the flake of aluminum powder is smaller by degrees;Follow continuous grinding from the 24hours,theparticle diameter of the powder doesn't change, lengthen the grinding time is insignificance. So we adopt the grinding method of first the high speed grindlO hours, again low speed grind 5hours of alternate that is accurate. So the alternate speed is best way to make of the flake of aluminum powder. It is thus clear that,the adoption wet method ball-milling to makethe flake of aluminum powder pigment is completely viable.
