The Galvanothermy Continual Melting Mechanical Crystallizing Equipment has been traditionally operated on experience in the producing process from long time, relying on worker's sense understand and estimation to the crystal shape of heated materiel in slot. In this way, because different worker has different operating method and worker's estimation and recognition will be different when materiel changes, artificial factor will reflect on instability of output and quality. So in this paper, aiming at existing problem in produce, the control system of Galvanothermy Mechanical Crystallizing Equipment, especially temperature control system, will be studied and designed.The Galvanothermy Mechanical Crystallizing Equipment control system mainly is through the control causes the trough tin material temperature control to the temperature at a gradient scope. The control system including temperature control, spraying of water control, electricity turning point fast control, several parts. Main content including control system plan designs, PLC control procedure design. Introduced in the design how to uses the thermocouple sensor to carry on the survey for the temperature, and how to uses the frequency changer to control the electrical machinery rotational speed. In addition, also to the FX2N-4AD-TC module, the thermocouple sensor and so on has made the corresponding introduction.
