| On May 8,2015,in order to create an internationally competitive manufacturing industry,the State Council issued Made in China 2025 Initiative,which formulated the basic policy for the “innovation-driven,quality-first,eco-friendly,structure-optimized and talent-oriented”development of the manufacturing industry.The mechanical manufacturing industry is the foundation of national development,and numerical control machining technology is the technical core of national economic development.Promoting the industrialization of new technologies,new processes and other technological achievements,and accelerating and strengthening national defense.The curriculum of Numerical Control Equipment and Programming is one of the core curriculums of Electromechanical Technology Specialty in secondary vocational schools.This paper took Jilin Information Technology Institute as a case to conduct research.Its Electromechanical Specialty consists of classes dedicated to higher school,3 + 2 years of classes dedicated to higher vocational school,secondary technical classes and vocational skills competition classes.Selected textbooks and courses are designed with specific objectives.The curriculum framework includes vocational and typical teaching modules.The cultivation of vocational and technical ability is taken as the core of the curriculum to comply with the progress of the time.In addition,all curriculums contain the teaching mode of “Internet +Vocational Education”,which integrates online teaching and offline classes to significantly enhance teaching effectiveness.In order to understand and highlight the characteristics of students in vocational schools,the selection of textbooks focuses on “project”,“work process”and “visualization” to improve the convenience of teaching,better cultivate the vocational ability of students and help them cater the needs of enterprises.In this paper,the curriculum development was implemented based on the systematic working process of “Numerical Control Equipment and Programming”.The systematic working process,action field,learning situation and the development of loose-leaf textbooks were adopted as the theoretical basis,and the methods of literature,interview,observation and induction were used to carry out active and effective research.By interviewing vocational teachers and students in several secondary vocational schools,the following common problems in the textbook contents of Numerical Control Equipment and Programming were identified:slow knowledge update;poor vocational and typical features of teaching cases;non-conformity of industry standards;and unimplemented infiltration and integration between professional knowledge and ideological and political education.It was determined that the reform of textbooks should comply with the law of career growth,conform to the cognitive characteristics of students and satisfy the needs of regional economic development.The research work of this paper includes three parts:The first part: The theory of curriculum development was summarized,including relevant domestic and foreign literature,the concept and curriculum objectives of vocational technology education,the working process and the method of systematic curriculum development.Various concepts such as new loose-leaf textbooks,ideological and political education,1+X certificate system and secondary vocational skill competition were integrated.The second part: Field investigations and surveys of enterprises were carried out.Typical work cases were selected.This part was the core of the textbook development,including the transformation of the action field and learning field,the design of the learning situation,the implementation of curriculum design and the evaluation of teaching results.The third part: Loose-leaf textbooks were developed.It was necessary to apply loose-leaf textbooks in vocational education.It was clarified that loose-leaf textbooks had the characteristics of “loose-leaf” and “loose-leaf” design,concentrated digital resources,and met the professionalization process of textbooks in vocational education.The Part four:Analysis and summary of teaching effect of CNC equipment andProgramming course based on work systematization. |
