The Study Of Environment, Under The Political Horizon

Since 1950s', the global ecological environment has been deteriorating, which has brought about serious ecological crisis and survival crisis. It has been caused by many reasons. Among all these reasons, the author of this article regards that the loss of politics such as the shallow view of development, the excessive centralizing of authority, the mistakes of decision is more influential. In searching for a method to solve the problem, the ecological politics has taken its shape since 1960s,and has provided a new view and method for solving the human beings' ecological crisis.On the basis of summarizing the ecological politics theories, the author argues that ecological environment has profound influences on the politics developing, meanwhile, how is the politics developing is also counteractive. It may boost the environmental protection, or become factor of causing the environmental problem. The dialectic relationship between them not only embodies the necessity of the ecological politics, but also shows clearly that ecological politics is supposed to be a necessary tendency of future politics developing around the world. So one of the most important tasks of future politics developing is to rebuild a harmony between human beings and nature, and also a harmony of all of the living things.Nowadays, the ecological environment situation in our country is very critical, which has deeply influenced the developing of our politics, economy and society .Therefore, it is more urgent for us to build up ecological politics format, carrying out the policy of the central party for building socialistic harmonious society, so as to lead a life in a harmony between human beings and nature, mankind and society ,and also a harmony of all of the living things. Given that we are now at the very beginning of the building, the author tries to show us a way to build up an appropriate ecological politics from four aspects: how to build up ecological politics theory format, realize the ecological developing in the strategic planning, to perfect the scientific decision-making mechanism and to fulfill the environmental protection...
