Open Cnc System Development

This paper presents the basic concept and development of The Opening CNC System. It analyses the development,the position and the component of computer-aided programming.This system is based on the feature of NC milling machine. The paper come out the NC milling machine automated programming system based on AutoCAD 2005's 2D figure by utilizing BLAND C++ BUILDER6.0. The system get message from the DXF Document of AutoCAD2005. And it generate NC code .This system consists of the machine tool parameter setting up,Cutting tool administration,POST-processing,and process parameter installation and so on. In this system the non-circular curve is fittd by twin arc spline curves,B-spline curve and NURBS-curve. Moreover , the difference handle means is adopted by that difference generating way among the AUTOCAD2005. This system is able to be used in numerical control machining.
