In view of the question that impact-resisting performance of the domestically produced hard alloy welding rod used in strengthening the steel tooth roller cone bit's tooth face is bad, and wear-resisting performance is insufficient, many tests and theoretic analysis is made on the samples which make of 20Ni4Mo which is used to make body of the steel tooth roller cone bit in the article, and select the hard alloy and the diamond possessing the good wear-resisting performance as the material which strengthened the tooth face, complete the superficial strengthening study of steel tooth roller cone bit by adopting the composite welding technology, enhance the wear-resisting and anti-attacks the abilities of the 20Ni4Mo surface. Through simulating working conditions of the steel tooth roller cone bit, examine wear-resisting performance of the substrate material surface's welding layer by the impulsion abrasion test, an effective new way to strengthen the surface of the steel tooth roller cone bit is set up. The research of this paper is the main content of scientific research item which completes by KINGDREAM Public Limited Company cooperation with Southwest Petroleum University.The main characteristics of the research in this disquisition are as follows:(1) Through searching and collecting the domestic and foreign correlation data, make clear main expiration form and its reason of the steel tooth roller bit, and grasped present research status of the domestic and foreign material which strengthens the roller bit tooth face and its strengthened craft;(2)In view of the problem that the repair welding layer performance evaluation target of the steel tooth roller bit is too unitary and the insufficiently comprehensive at present, considering welding craft performance of welding rod and operational performance of repair welding layer in the article, propose the appraisal target and the assessment method, build up the welding anti-friction material performance evaluation system, the performance evaluation aiming at the welding layer is objective and comprehensively.(3) The optimization of sphericity hard alloy which anti-impact ability and wear resisting is better than granulate hard alloy through the experimental study;(4) Develop the diamond surface metallization research work, and solve the union question between diamond, carcass of tire alloy and the substrate;(5)Unify the theoretical analysis and the experimental study, improves gradually and select...
