First of all, author makes a general analysis to the Biodegrade principal of biodegradable baseoil base on the term of protect environment. Then, by a great many tests, the extreme press and antiwear capability of S-additive in the rapeseed oil is studied extensively, the lubricating and antiwear theory are studied systematically. In the same time, the compatibility between Sulfurized isobutylene(SIB) and other additives in rapeseed oil are analyzed. The test results show that the antiwear capability of SIB in the rapeseed oil is enhanced when the SIB and ZDDP mix in the rapeseed oil. The coordination between SIB, T202 and T109 is investigated. The results show that SIB has bad compatibility with T109 to antiwear capability. The coordination between SIB, T202 and T152 is investigated. The results show that SIB has synergism with T152 to antiwear capability.
