The experiment of Phanerochaete chrysosporium (P.C. for short) in the thesis was carried out under the condition of shallow static culture, discussing its treatment to different structural dyestuffs, and determining the best charging concentration, and the best pH value for the growth. The investigation on extra carbon source impact on repeated experiment for the discolourization of P.C. was given. On this basis, the kinetic mathematical model of the degradation of the two kinds of selected dyestuffs - Fuchsine acid and Methylene blue by P.C. was set up. The experimental result indicated that the kinetic mathematical model could describe the degradation condition and the growth situation of P.C. in the treatment of sequencing batch well. The kinetic mathematical model can also contribute to the use of engineering, establishing theoretical foundation. The subsequent experiment was carried out on the basis of micro-electrolysis - P.C. process. After choosing the most suitable Micro-electrolysis working condition, the experiments on the Fuchsine acid, Methylene blue and mixed dyestuffs were carried out. The result showed that the Micro-electrolysis process has different effect on the two kinds of dyestuffs slightly, and it also showed the decolourization result to the two kinds of dyestuffs is good in the case of adding extra carbon source in repeated experiment. The experimental result of mixed dyestuffs indicates the process has better treatment effect on the mixed dyestuffs than on the single dyestuffs.
