The study on capability of degradation of Phanerochaete chrysosporium tonitrobenzene under condition of the shallow static culture was carried out. The basicparameters of degradation to nitrobenzene using Phanerochaete chrysosporium wereascertained, including the temperature, pH value and the nitrobenzene concentration.A white rot fungus biomembrane reactor system was set up, and the optimaloperation parameters of the reactor system were ascertained. Under the most optimalcondition, inflow concentration of 120mg/L nitrobenzene, removal rate can reach97%after 48 hours, aniline is found after analyzing in the product of degradation.Studying the capability of degradation of Phanerochaete chrysosporium to aniline, aswell as the effect to the degradation of Phanerochaete chrysosporium to aniline bychanging the concentration of Mn2+. Concentration of Mn2+ is proved to has a greateffect on the degradation of aniline, the optimal concentration is 50mg/L. thedegradation of mixed wastewater by Phanerochaete chrysosporium is also studied.
