Msw Anaerobic Digestion Preparation Of Liquid Fertilizer

There are large amounts of anaerobic digestion slurry during the anaerobic digestion of the municipal solid waste (MSW).Because there are a lot of contaminates in the anaerobic digestion slurry ,the anaerobic digestion slurry usually will be treated in the sewage farm ,which not only increases the cost ,but also wastes resources. The study is to make foliar fertilizer by use of the digestion slurry, and plant Chinese cabbage to test effects.The study show that: (1)the concentrations of the NH₄⁺-N NO₃^- -N TP and TK increase largely in the digestion slurry in the 10 days(the contents are beyond 90%),and then they keep stabilization basically;(2)PAC or PFS can lower the turbidity and chroma of the digestion slurry greatly, the digestion slurry treated by aluminium vitriolic or ferric chloride has good sedimentation rate. The test show that the optimum dosage of the PAC or PFS is about 1.5-2.5g/L,the optimum dosage of the aluminium vitriolic or iron chloride is about 2-3g/L.the optimum pH of aluminate is about 6-8,and the optimum pH of ferrite is about 5-8;after treated ,the the concentrations of the NH₄⁺-N NO₃^--N and TK in the digestion slurry almost not decreased ,but the concentration of the TP decreases remarkably;(3)When the concentration of Surfactant is lowered, the surface tension lowered greatly. But when the concentration exceeded 0.02%,the effect was not evidence, zwitterionic surfactant was not fit for foliar fertilizer;(4)The digestion slurry can increase the burgeon-rate of the Chinese cabbage, but the effect of the digestion slurry untreated is lower than that of the digestion slurry treated,which show the digestion slurry should be treated before use. When the Chinese cabbage is fertilized by the digestion slurry, the output is improved greatly, but the content of the nitrate in the Chinese cabbage is increased slightly. If the Mo is added into the digestion slurry ,the content of the nitrate will be lowered remarkably.
