The design in this paper comes from a practical project of a spinnery. Our design and control object is the electrical spindle motor of weaving producing process. Weaving machine is the key equipment in weaving producing, and electrical-spin motor is the important part influencing producing quality. So, the reliable control on electrical-spin has very important significance to the company's normal producing. This paper is just focus on the controlling design of electrical-spin. Our aims are to offer the electrical-spin motor's electric inspection and protection and realize the motor running process reliable controlle.Our design is transformation design based on the enterprise original control system foundation, so we must satisfy the control function which the enterprise proposed is more stronger, operation is more convenient, movement security is higher, energy consumed less. And, our design must be compatible and inheritable with original control system, needs not too much equipment transformation, saves the cost and so on. Our design is carried on just under these required objectives. The concrete designing process is divided into chapters in the paper. It mainly includes the below several parts of contents:(1)Mouse cage type three-phases asynchronous electric spindle electrical motor equivalent analysis in chapter 2. First, having equivalently analysed three-phase asynchronous motor and established the corresponding equivalent analysis model, and carried on the correlative computation about electricity spindle in the article. Otherwise, we have detailedly analysed the motion control of three-phase asynchronous motor, mainly about it's start and stop control mode and each characteristic.(2)The electrical spindle motor control system design with relay and contact device, in chapter 3. According to the front analysis and computation, we have carried on the electricity spindle control system design with relay and contact device, and mainly introduced the design process and system electric protection way of relay and contact device controlling system.(3)Design of electronic electricity spindle motor control system based on...
