With our country economy rapid development, the industrial wastewater pollution is increasingly serious. Therefore how to solve the problem of wastewater pollution with economical effective already became the huge difficult problem to the environment worker at now.The attapulgite is one kind of inexpensive non-metallic mineral with big ratio surface area, and Guizhou province is rich in the hydrothermal attapulgite sources. This theses main research content are: ①uses DTA/TG,the completely automatic relative surface and the porosity, the Zeta electric potential,XRD,the infrared spectrum, the scan electron microscopy are carrying on to the hydrothermal attapulgite for the chemical property nature analysis; ② Enhance greatly the removal ability of the fluorine ion, phosphorus, ammonia nitrogen in the wastewater through the different modified method modification attapulgite the removal ability, inspected the wastewater density, the attapulgite amount used, the super-sonic oscillation time, the acid concentration, the caustic concentration, the calcining heat to the wastewater removal rate and the adsorptive capacity influence, then obtained the best experimental condition with the orthogonal experiment; ③ attapulgite renovation process and regeneration condition;④the attapulgite adsorption mechanism has carried on the discussion; ⑤ the preparation, processing wastewater removal rate and regeneration method of nanometer TiO2/attapulgite are study preliminary.Studies through this theses draws following conclusion: Through the calcine, the aid modification, the alkali modification, the salt soak and so on the modified methods to carry on suitable processing to attapulgite, modified attapulgite processing wastewater ability distinct enhancement. The aid modified attapulgite removal fluorine ion ability, the alkali modification attapulgite removal the phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen ability is strong, the heating modification and the salt soak the modified attapulgite to the fluorine ion, the phosphorus, the ammonia nitrogen waste water removal rate all add the obvious enhancement. And the modified attapulgite processing mix wastewater removal rate compared to the sole processing fluorine ion, the phosphorus, the ammonia nitrogen wastewater removal rate remarkable enhancement, achieves GB8978-1996 《National Sewage Emissions Standard》 and GB15580-95《The chemical fertilizer wastewater emissions standard 》completely.
