As an important part of the spinning machine,spinning spindle has a great influence on the efficiency and economic benefit of the spinning.The spinning environment of the spindle seriously damages the physiological health and mental health of the industrial workers.Therefore,the development and development of the spindle can not only take account of the productivity and cost,but also reduce the comprehensive characteristics of the spindle in the production ring.The control system have a great significance.The traditional spinning spindle detection equipment has the disadvantages of simple structure,single function and complicated operation.The measurement and control system developed in this paper has the function of collecting noise,temperature and vibration displacement.The measurement and control system is made up of two parts: LabVIEW based motor control and sensor data acquisition.The motor control includes the servo motor control and the step motor control.The servo motor drives the synchronous wheel to turn the spindle 0 to 30000r/min,and the stepper motor is used to move the sensor lift up and down at the speed of 0 ~ 500 mm with the speed of 0.08m/s.According to the working principle of servo motor and stepper motor,control circuit and PC program are designed respectively.The servo motor selects the speed control mode.Under this mode,the servo driver performs the speed instruction gain,the internal and external instruction selection and the speed zero adjustment.The upper computer configuring the data acquisition card simulates the output port,the servo driver receives the 0 to 5V DC voltage signal as the external speed instruction,the control circuit of the step motor uses the common anode connection method,and puts the square wave pulse generator in the LabVIEW program,and realizes the speed control of the step motor by adjusting the duty ratio and frequency of the square wave..The data acquisition part includes the acquisition of noise signal,temperature signal and vibration signal.The temperature sensor is used to collect the temperature signal of ingot plate and ingot tip.The noise sensor monitors the running condition of the spindle in real time.2 laser displacement sensors are vertically placed to collect the vibration displacement of the spindle when the spindle is revolving,and the speed sensor is used.It is used to measure the actual speed of spindle and output the phase signal needed for spindle vibration analysis.LabVIEW software collects sensor signals synchronously.In time domain analysis,the digital filtering methods such as smoothing filtering and mean filtering are designed to eliminate random errors and separate the periodic errors of the system.In the frequency domain analysis,the finite length discrete signal after the window processing can be transformed by FFT.The selected controls placed in the front panel of the LabVIEW can select the Hanning window,the flat top window and the Gauss window.After a series of theoretical studies and experiments,this system integrates motor control and data acquisition into the same data acquisition card,simplifies the installation circuit,and modularized LabVEIW program interface is beneficial to improve the operation of the equipment.Through the program written by LabVIEW,the comprehensive dynamic characteristics of spinning spindle can be collected,processed and displayed.The acquisition system has been used to collect data of various characteristics of YD5000 cotton spindle,and the vibration,temperature and noise parameters of the 0 ~ 22000r/min speed are obtained,and the purpose of synchronous acquisition and design of the measurement and control system is realized.
