| In connection with the project "Technical Reconstruction on Ball Screw Dynamic Measuring System" , the research work redesigns the measuring and controlling system with modularized hardware and software for the dynamic measurement of thread bar integrative educing distance tolerance and precision to make it adapt to the demand of quality inspection ,control and management in modernized production.The author carries out the dynamic measuring of ball screws employing the principle of comparing the absolute values of synchronous displacements.The speed-control mode of AC servo motor is applied in the control system of the principal axis and a motion controller is chosen as the controller of servo system,so that it's convenient to realize the control of servo motor.In error evaluation of ball screw, least square method is adopted to calculate regression coefficient. A high speed computational methed is presented to compute evaluating index of lead precision of ball screw pair, which alse provide a high computing precision.The error source of screw pair are analysed and discussed, multipl lever errer separetion is realized to dynamic errer data of lead screw. Spectral analysis, phase transform, fuzzy logic diagnosis is adopted to diagnose the errer of screw.The software of measuring and controlling system is developed which makes measuring process completed automatically and intelligently. |
