As the high-speed development of the aviation industry, there are more and more requirements about the aviation blade. Since the working conditions are becoming worse and the aviation blade are becoming more complicated because of the gas dynamical requirements, there is a big challenge on the manufacture technology and the development of the aviation blade.Nowadays, the traditional machining equipments of Grinding manufacture of aviation blade model surface and lapping used in the world do not always meet the produce of multi-variety and little batch products. There are many problems, for instance, overmuch cost of amending the process; long cycle of the trial-manufacture; unstable of the products quality; easy to burn the blade and hard to transplant. This weakened the ability of the manufacture factory to participate in the market seriously.At present, the aviation blades after milling process always have a residual of 0.3mm in our country, and they will become finished products after some lapping process. But the process of milling are mainly accomplished by handwork right now, and it has the problems of high intensity, low efficiency and bad consistency, so it influences the quality of the aviation blades, the working stability and the costs. Therefore, it's of great importance to change the hand lapping method we use now to a numeric control lapping way in order to get a high precision, reliability blades and improve the manufacture efficiency.In order to cut the cycle of the produce , improve the machining quality and the machining efficiency of the blade, reduce the cost of the produce, increase the ability of the production to participate in the competition of the market, increase the reliability of the blade, we used the principium of the numerical control machining, used the mature technology of the modern numerical control machining equipment, combined with machining experience of the blade and much research about the numerical control emery cloth abrade, we manufacture this numerical control polishing machine.For the first, we research the configuration design of this numerical control polishing machine. By means of the analysis of the configuration character, technique request and machining technics of the blade, we establish the design request, and we put forward the collectivity blue print about the numerical control polishing machine.
